What are your thoughts on a meat-only (carnivore) diet? It's interesting to say the least. While vegetables are nutrient-dense, could they actually be poisonous for some people? After all, they do contain lectins, goitrogens, oxalates, phytates, and phytoestrogens which are harmful to many and can cause gut, joint, and thyroid problems. After participating in large carnivore groups and forums myself, I have found thousands of cure claims for people with gut and autoimmune issues. Could we have been brainwashed against meats? What if they are actually the cure all? Thoughts?
